The lot underwent an extended 155-hour anaerobic fermentation, creating a vibrant and expressive profile with remarkable sweetness and complexity. This exceptional Sidra was selected by 2026 Ecuador Brewers Cup Champion Martin Guayasamin as part of his competition coffee for the 2026 World Brewers Cup in Brussels.
