Franky Hoyos is a third-generation coffee producer at Finca El Encanto in Pitalito,
Huila, Colombia, where his work combines family tradition with a strong focus on
fermentation, processing, and cup quality.

This lot is an experience from the moment you grind it. From the fragrance through
the cup, it shows a rich Baileys style liqueur character with creamy chocolate
sweetness reminiscent of Nesquik. As the coffee cools, blackberry and vanilla
become more pronounced, creating a sweet, layered, and expressive finish that
keeps evolving in the cup.
